Our fractional CFO & controllership services
Two scheduled work sessions are committed each week, on-site. They may be Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday, for example. Thus, there is never more than a two-day span when we are not physically present. When not on-site, we are easily reachable and responsive to anything urgent that might come up.
Service level options
- Infusion 16/40: Two full day work sessions weekly.
- Infusion 12/40: One half day plus one full day work session weekly.
- Infusion 8/40: Two half day work sessions weekly.
There is complete client flexibility to move between these service options as the workload and needs change. One of the more time-intensive service options may be best at the start of our work after which moving to a lighter time commitment could make sense. A real-time, client work plan allows us to manage progress against agreed-upon priorities.
